| Whether you want to lie on the beach or stroll by the Harbour Newquay is just the place for a great holiday.
The Balmoral is a centrally situated very informal family run hotel. The beaches are five minutes walk away. Walk five minutes in the other direction you will find the boating lake, riding stables and Trenance Leisure Park, incorporating the swimming pool and Waterworld, Zoo and gardens.
The 20 bedrooms offer a good choice of single, double and family suites, most of which have en-suite facilities, including hot and cold water and central heating in all rooms. They are fitted with colour TV, with tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms with sea views available on request. Bring your pets on holiday as well! Our aim is to help you relax and enjoy your holiday.
Freshly prepared meals with seasonal vegetables are served in our spacious dining room, which hosts varied menus of English and continental cuisine for evening meals and full English breakfast. Special attention is paid to guests requiring vegetarian or special diets - just have a word with the Chef.
The bar lounge is a convivial setting for your favourite drink where you can relax before and after dining. The bar is open nightly with children welcome at all times. The games area includes a full size pool table and dart board, and if you require anything else just have a word with 'Basil'.
For the Course Fishermen we have tutor and fishing tackle available with storage facilities and fridges. The Course Fishing in and around Newquay is the best in the South West with Gwinear Pool, Whiteacres and Porth Reservoir only a short journey from the Hotel. All the locations mentioned are full of fish including; carp, tench, roach and bream plus excellent facilities at the bankside of bait and tackle etc, with day tickets at reasonable rates. Newquay is famous for its surfing and seven sandy breaches. Ideal for all the family. It has the best beaches in Europe and they vary from the surfing championship beach from Fistral with its massive rollers to the placid harbour beach. Miles and miles of golden sands and costal walks second to none. Newquay is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday but it is also and excellent base from which to start exploring the picturesque County of Cornwall.

| Deposit: A non refundable Deposit of £35.00 per person per week is required to secure the booking and will be credited to the account balance. The balance of the account should be paid upon arrival. Reservations: Are from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. We regret that no allowances can be made for meals not taken, or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking. We also recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover yourselves in the unforeseen event that you can not take your holiday. Bookings will only be held for 14 days without receipt of deposit |
