Spindle Lodge - Description

Spindle Lodge was built in 1876 on West Walk, a tree-lined street in the heart of the City Conservation Area in the Dutch Style. Despite its central position the Spindle Lodge is in a quiet location. At the end of West Walk is the New Walk, a pedestrian promenade that takes you into the city centre. The Spindle Lodge is only a 5 minute walk to Leicester University main campus and around the corner from the education department and other university buildings. Bedrooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard. Most rooms are en-suite and all rooms have colour TV, hairdryer, direct dial phones, tea and coffee making facilities and broadband connection. Ironing and ironing board are available on request.
