Chaplin House Bed and Breakfast - Description

We offer luxury award winning accommodation and delicious local food in peaceful, rural surroundings. Chaplin House is well placed for exploring Lincoln, the Wolds, Woodhall Spa and the coast. Chaplin House is open all year apart from Christmas to New Year. We are a non smoking establishment. At Chaplin House, there are 4 rooms available: one double in the house, a twin bedded fully accessible room downstairs in the barn conversion, a family room upstairs in the barn conversion and a ground floor accessible double room in a converted building behind the barn. There is also a comfortable lounge area in the barn conversion available for guests' exclusive use, with access to a decked area overlooking the large rear garden. All the tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits we provide in the rooms are Fair Trade. Our aim is to be as environmentally friendly in the way we run our business as we can.
