“Excellent stay at Acorn Guest House”

'My wife and me had a lovely stay at this Guest House while we were up visiting family. The room was very nice and had all the needed appliances you could want for a B&B. The staff were always attentive and pleasant. I would definatly recommend this Guest House if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Hull as it offers great accommodation as well as in a good location. There is also a pub just up the road (4-5 min walk) which serves excellent food at a great price. Thank you very much for an excellent stay and we will definatly stay again soon next time we visit Hull.'

Acorn Guest House - Description

Acorn is a quality 4 Star Guest House with 7 Rooms. No. 1 on Tripadvisor in the B&B Section There is a large Free Car Park to the front and an extremely large Garden to the rear, just bring along a bottle of wine or a beer. All rooms have the following: En suite, FREE WIFI Tea and Coffee making Facilities, Ironing Facilities, FreeSat HD TV, Fridge and Microwave, Toiletries,Towels, Hairdryer, Shaver point, Dorma Pillows and Egyptian Cotton Sheets. Top floor room has a Kingsize bed and an outside Balcony (Smokers Heaven). Breakfast is included and there is a help yourself Buffet Bar and a Cooked to Order Full English or Vegetarian breakfast. Easy Access throughout the building, No Steps. We are in a Conservations Area on the main A1079 with easy access to the City Centre with all The Great Museums which are Fabulous and Free. The Deep, Theatres, Ice Arena,Cinemas, Retail Therapy is only 5 minutes drive to the Centre. Hull University is 15 minutes walk There are pubs in walking distance, 2 minutes to the Cross Keys for great value meals and opposite the Cross Keys are 3 take aways, a Newsagents, Hair and Nail Salon and a wonderful gift shop that caters for all events and occasions called Serendipity. Walking South back into Hull there are a number of Restaurants and Pubs in the Locality. 2 minutes from Acorn there are River Walks for Dog Lovers and 4 Fields to Run and Keep Fit. If you are coming to Hull on a Offshore Survival Course then we are the closest to HOTA. We are also recommended by Dixons Training
