'What a lovely hotel, the room was clean and very attractive, plenty of refreshments tea/coffee facilities in the room. Comfortable temperature. Lovely buffet breakfast. We just had one problem with the shower which would suddenly go scolding hot whilst you were in it, we did not risk showering our child due to this. We definitely stay again.'

'Ok rooms are very small but they are modern and perfect for an overnight or short stay right on the high street. Very good value for money.Free continental breakfast was excellent.Above all staff were really helpful. My flight was delayed due to bad weather and I requested a very late checkout time which was given to me at no cost at all.'

'The Kensington Seraphine is a bargain for such a centrally situated hotel with the leafy charms of Kensington Gardens on its doorstep. The rooms are comfortable, the decor stylish. The whole is let down by a persistent electronic buzzing common to several of the rooms I've now stayed in, doll-sized sinks and unreliable wireless broadband. Still, I've returned repeatedly, so I must like something about it!'

'Great hotel with great location! Very clean and fresh rooms with unique designs. I stayed in a single en suite room for 3 nights and loved it. Comfortable bed, fresh toilet, tv plus loads of channels, free perfect wifi connection etc. But what makes this hotel one of my best experiences is the staff, no doubt!
