'i took my to teanage daughter to blackpool for short break we atayed at the verdo b and b we have been to blackpool a number of times and always stayed on the main sea front but this time wated to stay near the pleasure beach so searched the internet for hours and this place stood out above the others so we booked it the food was loverly and the people that run it were really nice made you feel so welcome and nothing was to much troble for them i am partly disabiled ask the owners if they knew whenre i could hire a wheelchair, they kindly let me borrow there one which as far as i can see that is above anything they needed to do. the rooms are a ggod size and very clean to a high standard. so if you are looking at going to blackpool then i would recommend the verdo all day just to say how good it is there was a family staying there that have been going twice a year for the last 23 years just shows how good it is'

'The Verdo is the best place we've stayed up to now don't think we'll find anywhere better! The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Really nice breakfasts fills you up for the days walking along the promenade. Good entertainment for adults as well as children! Alex and Alan made us laugh the whole time we were there.
