Overnight stay
5 stars 5

'This is a lovely guesthouse. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in had beautiful views from all windows, as did the house itself as it overlooks the loch. It was a very friendly place and a short walk into Ullapool. The facilities in the guesthouse were excellent and the breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.'

Cute B&B
4 stars 4

'This was a lovely B&B. Our room had a sea view and it was very clean . We were pleasantly surpised to find a small bottle of liquer in the room along with coffe and tea. Breakfast was very good. The whole B&B was run professionally but was at the same time very warm.'

Really Good !
5 stars 5

'We enjoyed our stay immenseley. The facilities were very good and of the standard that a first class B&B should offer. We were particularly happy with our breakfasts. My smoked salmon and scrambled egg was first rate and my partner was really pleased that her vegetarian choice had mushrooms that were not overcooked. Our hosts managed to be very helpfull withouit being intrusive. We would certainly recommend The Sheiling to friends.'

Fantastic B & B
5 stars 5

'We only stayed 2 nights but had a big ensuite room. The beds were comfortable and we could open the windows for air. Facilities were marvellous (fridge with extra milk in dining room, computer for guest use in spacious lounge etc)and it was within easy walking distance of the town. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was delicious and the choice varied. Hosts were welcoming and helpful.'

A great stay in a stunning location
4 stars 4

'We stayed at The Sheiling for one night during a tour of Scotland. We had a warm welcome and were so impressed with the location right beside the loch. The views were beautiful. The room was comfortable and the Ullapool shortbread on the welcome tray was delicious. It was easy walking distance to the centre, especially on a sunny evening. We stayed in four B&B's on the trot, and the breakfast at The Sheiling was the best. Thank you for a good stay!'
