'stayed for two nights arriving very late the first night but there was no problem as reception had called a couple of hours earlier to confirm arrival time. All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The room couldn't be faulted & had the best shower! Food was excellent, the house wine lovely & the breakfast was large, well cooked & the coffee fresh & plentiful. Thank you Gower Golf Club - would happily come again'

'Having stayed for a golfing weekend at the Gower Golf Club, my party thoroughly enjoyed the golf course (yery challenging) especially after enjoying a night out in Swansea then playing 18 holes the next morning!! Also the the staff were very friendly and the bar meals were excellent and very reasonable. We will definately be returning next year.'

'This was our second trip to The Gower with another two planned for next year. The superb quality of the coarse, the greens and views are only matched by the staff who work there who made us very welcome and part of the club. The ensuit rooms were immaculate with wonderfull beds,refreshments with the first tee just outside your door. I couldn't recommend this coarse enough it's just a pity we live in Cheshire.'

'I organised a group of Senior golfers on a two night/three rounds of golf tour to The Gower GC. The accommodadtion was of a vg standard; the food was also vg, with excellent service; the golf course is a demanding walk, but we were extremely lucky with sunny and dry weather. We received a very warm welcome form all of teh staff. Our highlight was a friendly match against The Gower GC Seniors; I have written to their Seniors' Captain to thank him for his organisation, planning, welcome and generosity. I would strongly recopmmend the Gower GC.'

'We were met by the staff earlier than they expected,but they pulled all the stops out to get our room ready for us.It was just the start of a wonderful day at my Niece's wedding.All the Staff were so helpful and polite,'feeding' and watering us. 'We were attending a wedding nearby. Check in was hassle free, we were made very welcome. The rooms were lovely and clean and nice and quiet. After the wedding we returned to the bar at about 9.15pm feeling peckish only to find out the kitchen was closed as the chef leaves at 9pm. No problem though as we were offered plates of sandwiches and a few bowls of chips. All was delicious and we were so grateful. A lovely venue, fab service,breakfast was huge and really good. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, highly recommend this place.'

'Stayed Sunday night, playing golf Sunday afternoon and Monday Morning. Great hospitality, food accommodation and service. Course a bit hilly but in great condition especially the greens, some fantastic holes the best being the 8th like driving into the valley of death but amazing when you walk over the brow of the hill with lake in front of you. 'My wife and I stayed as we were going to a wedding near by: The golf club were very accomadating and looked after us well, answered any quieries before arrival date and helped with taxi numbers etc. Food in golf club, very good, alsong with comfort of room. the room itself wasclean and tidy, we did have concerns on coming back to room at end of night as we would be the only ones on site, but all i can say is we slept well. Would recommend definatly to other golfers, the course was in excellent condition.'
