'For both check in and check out the staff were warm and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. As I had to leave early, I was unable to enjoy the their breakfast.'

'Ww were greeted with a veey warm welcome and shown to our room. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean! The restaurant was nice although ww felt it was a little over priced for the standard of food. Above all i woukd recommend this hotel for a short break'

Fantastic, would highly recommend.
5 stars 5

'We stayed for one night,on arriving plenty of parking available,we were in room21 on the ground floor, beautiful decor and cleanliness was absolutely immaculate. Bathroom with Whirlpool bath, and shower. 2 large double beds, plenty of storage space, breakfast was fantastic, cooked breakfast, cereals, fruits, yogurts, juices etc. Staff were wonderful, felt as if you were at home, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thomasland/Drayton Manor, the hotel also does Drayton Manor tickets which is a bonus. We really really enjoyed our stay and would love to have stayed another night if we didn\'t have to come home. 110% superb.'

A Delightful Stay
5 stars 5

'We booked in for an overnight stay and were greeted by the owner, a very pleasant lady, who told us she was upgrading us to a better room since it was a quiet weekend. We were bowled over by this very charming room. Indeed, the whole stay was delightful and we would thoroughly recommend this grand establishment.'

Hidden gem
4 stars 4

'We had a lovely stay and were very well looked after. A warm welcome and the room was spotlessly clean with lots of homely touches. The homemade fruitcake on arrival was a lovely thought too. Would definately recommend and ideal if you wanted to walk along to the theme park as very close by. Plenty of pubs and eateries close by too although dinner is available in the hotel.'

Excellent stay

'Enjoyable stay although brief. Lovely room but unusual to have en suite across a corridor. If we have a need to stay in the area again Drayton Court will be top of our list'

A real pleasure to stay.
5 stars 5

'I've stayed at Drayton Court a number of single nights in the past 12 months and every stay has been really comfortable and relaxing. Food is very good value for money, rooms are always very clean and well equiped. The room leading onto the garden (room 22) is great when it's a nice day having double french doors leading onto a patio area with seating. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.'

Drayton Court Hotel
5 stars 5

'The room was clean and had all we needed. We were glad to have a room on the side/back as front rooms overlook a busy road. The hotel is well placed for motorways and the Theme park and for the National Memorial Arboretum. There are plenty of places to eat in close walking distance. The staff were efficient and welcoming and we would certainly come here again if in the area as long as there was the "room only special price" as the internet advertised price seems rather high for the grade of hotel.'

Excellent service
5 stars 5

'I can't say enough about how good the service at this hotel is. My grandson had an injury while trialing at a local football club. The hotel assisted in helping me arrange travel home as well as contact with our medical plans. As well the hotel is extremely clean and well cared for. And very quaint and beautifully decorated. I'd recommend this establishment to anyone!'

SATURDAY 21ST
3 stars 3

'Arrival was a bit unusual having to wait outside a locked door, however the welcome was warm enough once inside. The room was large and clean but cold, this was due to the radiator not staying on long enough to heat the room. There was no heat in the very cold shower room, it was difficult to turn on the shower without getting a freezing cold shower first. The lead on the hairdryer wasn't long enough to be able to comfortably sit at the mirror. There was daylight showing at the top of the french doors allowing in a very cold draught. The breakfast was good but having been promised two sausages only received one. This would have been a good room to have in summer'

One Night Stay
4 stars 4

'Warm and friendly welcome into comfortable and homely surroundings.Although short a very relaxing stay. Superb breakfast! ... Preferred to staying in faceless chain hotel like Holiday Inn .... only improvement would be a larger flat screen TV in lounge. Otherwise would recommed stay and would re-book if in the area again ...'

Amazing
5 stars 5

'We have been privileged to stay twice at your hotel, both times in the garden room! We were also blessed on both occasions to have wonderful weather that aHaving had allowed us to make full use of the beautiful garden. After a long and tiring journey a pot of Hot Coffee and cookies were very much welcomed as was the beautiful meal that was brought to our room. Service with a smile is somewhat of an understatement in our opinion Staff were welcoming, and although extremely professional they were exceptionally friendly. Many thanks for an incredible weekend, we left feeling completely relaxed and chilled out. Karen'

4 poster room
4 stars 4

'We had the 4 poster room which was decorated lovely but the only downside was the cheap tacky kettle and the tv was so old that there was only 5 channels with no freeview. Breakfast was good but it's slightly expensive if you don't eat cereal and the fruit. Nice surroundings and shops near by.'

not what we thought
4 stars 4

'Me and my partner decided to go on a random trip and random it was when we arrived here. It wasn't what we expected at all but the rooms were clean and one particular lady was very nice and made us seem welcome. We didn't have any food from the hotel because the menu seemed a bit pricey for where we were and it wasn't really much of a selection. We have said we would go back but not in a hurry. We said its more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on here apart from the bears in the rooms. When we booked online we were booked as room and breakfast...we were not told about breakfast so therefore didnt have breakfast. All in allk it was a good trip and good for people who arnt really too fussed on top class as it is basic but very clean'

Reasonable but not super
3 stars 3

'Although arriving slightly early, we were greeted by the builder and told we would have to return later. If this was a hotel, usually there is always someone there we can let us in. Room comfortable (although not much access for fresh air), one price for the breakfast (not included in room price), so if you only wanted a small breakfast it would still cost you £9. Hotel menu okay but could have been better. Only one vegetarian option. On day of departure, workman started work again quite early.'
