'Both my girlfriend and i greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hammersmith Seraphine. The room was beautiful and very well presented, the staff were very polite and helpful and we had no noise coming from the street outside. The complimentary breakfast service was wonderful and delicious. I would reccomend this hotel to my friends, family and others.'

'The room was amazing. Good size, spotlessly clean. It has recently been refurbished and the location is quiet. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had both a large and handheld shower head - perfect! The location is also great as it's in walking distance from tube and has many shops and restaurants to choose from. Overall, I thought this hotel was good value and would recommend to others.'

'Our reason for staying was it was my husbands birthday on the Monday after and as a suprise I'd booked this hotel and a Gig at Shepherds Bush Empire. As it was a suprise i asked if all correspondence could be done by email - and for a birthday banner which I posted to be put in the room, which they did, and more! We were offered a drink upon arrival and our room was very kindly upgraded. The hotel is quite small, though is beautifully decorated, spotless, quiet, and very comfortable too - with thick carpets, underfloor heating in the bathroom and the air conditioning was very welcome indeed as it was a rather hot day. The shower is fantastic! Plenty of room in there and quite powerfull. It seems everything has been thought of, from secondary glazing to keep out the noise, complimentary water in the room, Ipod docking station, to different attachments for the hairdryer! Every member of staff we encountered were a credit to the hotel and made us feel very welcome. The one small problem we had of the missing remote control for the tv was resolved within 5 minutes, and that 5 minutes included helping us search the room for it, fetching a replacement and testing it. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast, with a good selection to choose from and is served in the room which is a nice touch, and the coffee was fabulous. The bed was on the soft side but as everything else was so perfect it didn't matter, we felt so welcome, the place was so clean and quiet, It's so nice to stay in a hotel that actually does care, therefore we'll definitely stay there again. Thanks Seraphine for helping making my husbands birthday weekend so perfect.'

'After travelling back from USA we stayed for just one night. AT first thought the room was way too small...but we had just been used to huge American rooms. We were going to a concert at The Apollo so was in just 5 mins walking distance.A bit pricey for the size but guess we paid for the location. Room was spotless and the shower was AMAZING.Breakfast was included in the price, but its served in room and but with no where to sit and eat it, we didn't bother to order it. ( you fill in a form and hand it in the night before) Would recommend and stay again.'

'My room was very modern clean and comfortable. All lighting and plumbing worked without issues. Staff were extremely friendly and delivery of breakfest each morning was a nice touch.'

'I have stayed in two of the Seraphine Hotels 5 times over the past two years -- this after having stayed at numerous hotels over the years -- and there is a reason I keep coming back. The rooms are very tidy (in contrast to many, many hotels in London!) and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating (you basically get 5-star treatment from these people for the price of a 3-star hotel). The breakfast is fairly standard and some of the rooms are on the smallish side, but these are minor points in comparison to the great deal you get. I will continue coming back here, and referring friends to it!'
