'Never been to March brfore but was invited to a 90th birthday meal at the Oliver Cromwell.Decided we would stay the w/e as the dinner was Sunday lunch time,and found the hotel on line.Arrived SAt.aft.and left Monday morn.Arrived on the train and hotel was easy to find by taxi.We were really welcomed and had avery good w/e,with good food and good accom.at what I think was an excellent price.We would visit again (maybe in the summer)and we would recommend the hotel to anyone.'

'You have a great staff. We appreciated our welcome on Christmas Day night by John, and serving us drinks. Peter's hospitality after John was off shift. Moria at breakfast time was a delight, and so efficient. The other staff we didn't get their names but so courteous. Our room was great, and we appreciated the helpfulness in allowing us to use your computer to reserve our seats for our return trip. We would definitely stay there again, you have a wonderful hotel!! 'Generally pleased, although with slight disabilities, it would have been useful to have had a non-slip surface (or a mat) in the bath, to facilitate using the shower. Ideally a separate shower would have made all the difference. Those facilities and services which we used were good, as was the food and the helpfulness of the staff.'

'Having chosen to take our break on the hottest two days for the last five years (31C) we were absolutely delighted to find that our room was extremely comfortable and very efficiently air-conditioned. The breakfast was more than adequate and although we did not use them, even though they were free to guests, the fitness gym and the large indoor heated swimming pool both looked superb. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we can highly recommend this hotel.'
