'We were made extremely welcome, and nothing, it seemed, would have been too much trouble for out hosts. A good nights sleep was followed by probably one of the nicest cooked breakfasts to be found anywhere. Overall, excellent.'

'Stayed for 2 nights, a very pleasant B&B, room comfortable and very clean with nice views. A little near to the main road but this didn't detract from the ambience. Breakfast was lovely and Steve a great host and very welcoming. Ideally situated between Ross on Wye and Hereford, with a lovely pub close by.'

'We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We had the Garden room which was bright, airy and comfortable. It had a large extremely comfortable bed, 2 armchairs chest of draws and dressing table. There was also a TV with integrated DVD player. The bathroom was an average size. The only minor criticism is that there is nowhere to put your things out in the bathroom. It needs a shelf or something. Outside our room, on the landing, was a large library of DVDs and books which were available for us to use should we wish. The lounge was very comfortable, with TV/DVD player, newspapers and games. Although they do not evening meals you can bring back a take-away and they will be happy to supply plates, cutlery etc. They are also happy to supply corkscrew and glasses. We were able to have breakfast at whatever time we chose, rather than being within a time slot. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and extremely well cooked. There were cereals, yoghurts and fruit salad available as well as the cooked breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.'

'An excellent B&B in a lovely rural setting - a warm welcome and delightful bedroom - I didnt mind having the bathroom just opposite - as I was given a lovely fluffy bathrobe and the bathroom was large and light - better than squeezing into a tiny en suite.... fresh cooked breakfast - newspapers and an obliging and thoughtful hostess'
