'Stayed for two nights in mid September. Nice to be greeted with home cooked scones and a pot of fresh coffee on arrival. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We had Room 2 and although the en-suite was compact it was adequate. Breakfast had plenty of choice with apple juice, cereals, fresh fruit, toast, etc. and with the 'full english' option filled us up for the day. The only drawback we found was having to travel for our evening meal as there is nowhere within short walking distance. Having said that, we would not hesitate in recommending The Stanage if you are visiting the Ironbridge area.'
