'Invercloy Guest House is convenient, quiet, clean and comfortable, but for me the best feature was the fantastic view from my room out across Oban harbour to the hills and islands beyond, with the ships' lights in the evening, beautiful!'

'Booked this room at the last minute so we would not have to spend time deciding! Good idea as this gave us peace of mind - arrived and town center was busy. Room had wonderful view and great hot shower! Would stay here again. Although breakfast is not included if you are going to Mull you can get a nice breakfast on the ferry... thank you Fiona! Also - do take a walk along the breakwater to the north of Oban - to see old lighthouse and castle'

'Excellent views from the rooms of the first floor, you can see the whole Oban and the seaside, at the same time that you are just 5 minutes walking far from the center. Very easily to get from the Train or Bus Station. Room clean, and with anything you need. Even if you haven't booked an ensuite room, it's ok, since the bathroom is in the next door. The landlady Fiona is very nice, and will help you if you need it. Don't worry for the fact that the breakfast is not included, there are plenty places quite cheap where for less than 5 euros (Carolyns café, for example) you can enjoy a full Scottish breakfast. I would come back, so I would recommend it!'
