'I chose this particular B&B for its proximity to a nearby examination centre (those of you for whom the review is intended will know exactly why I was there. I was due to attend a very early exam the following morning and I specifically asked for a quiet room. The room was faultless, really quite lovely. Room and bathroom were both a nice size and both were beautifully done - I could happily have stayed longer. A huge plus - the room (in fact, the whole place) is exceptionally quiet. No road noise, no passing drunken pedestrian traffic & no drunken guests - not a single one. What a refreshing change! Another lovely point for me - the breakfast. Perfectly cooked full breakfast, but modified to my tastes (veggie). There aren't many places you can swap your sausages for a veggie-banger (a very nice one too!), your bacon for an extra free-range egg. They will definitely be my first choice for any other exams at the nearby centre. They will also be my first choice for any short-break accommodation in the area and I'd recommend them to everyone I know without any hesitation at all. Thank you very much Home Farm!'

'As a seasoned traveller who is used to always staying in hotels, I opted on this occassion for Home Farm B&B having not been particulary impressed previously with the hotels close to Stoneleigh Park. Well, what a discovery this B&B is.....not only is it just a few minutes drive down some very quiet roads from Stoneleigh (and even less from a great little pub!), the property is immaculately presented, with plenty of secure parking. We were greeted at the door by Jane and made to feel welcome from the very start of our stay. Bedrooms were great; bathrooms modern & with PLENTY of hot water! There is a small bar/lounge to have a quiet drink or two in and to get to know your hosts/fellow guests....all very relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day at the show. Jane even offered (without being prompted) to fill our flasks.....this was particularly welcome as it was somewhat nippy at Stoneleigh! All in all, we cannot recommend Home Farm B&B highly enough. Great location; Great Hosts; Great Rooms; and Great Value! We definitely will not be using one of the locals hotels again! Well done Jane & Danny (and Ted the Labrador!)'
