'My partner and I stayed in May 2012 for one night prior to our holiday. This is our 2nd visit. Received a very warm welcome from Clive who showed us to our ensuite room. Exceptionally clean, pretty and pristine linen and towels, comfortable bed. We left our car there for the week and Clive had ordered a taxi for 3.30am which arrived on time to take us to airport. He collected us on our return and was extremely punctual. We will always return to The Ambers when flying from Gatwick.'

'This was a very nice place to stay. The room was nice and clean. It is very convenient to the Gatwick Airport and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Horley Train Station. We were up before the cooked breakfast was ready but there was coffee, toast, cereal, fruit, and juice ready for us. They prearranged our taxi pickup due to our early morning flight. We were only here for a night and would def. stay here again.'

'I stayed over a weekend with my family including 3 children. The location is excellent, close to Gatwick as well as to the Horley train station so easy access to London. The Guest Annex was perfect for a family of five, and it was nice to have a refrigerator to keep drinks, etc. The owner was exceptional, Clive takes great pride in treating his guests with care, he went out of his way several times to help us out. The daily breakfast was spot on as well. We will return on our next trip to London.'
