Thankyou!

'We had a lovely stay here, our every need was considered and provided for. Vivienne is lovely and very attentive to requirements. Replied to emails promptly and was very helpful.. Her home-made jams and bread at breakfast are a fab touch, and her cooked breakfast was delightful. The beds were comfy and warm. The room was super clean and the little details in the bathroom basket were fab! The signage to the entrance could do with being improved as we drive past twice before we found it, otherwise a lovely scenic and peaceful retreat! Would defintely return here if the opportunity arose :)'

Superb B&B
5 stars 5

'Redhurst is a superb place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The quality and choice for breakfast is great with home-made breads and jams. The garden is lovely to sit in on a sunny day with all the birds to watch. Simply perfect!'

5 stars 5

'Das Redhurst liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen sehr schönen gepflegen und naturverbunden Garten. Ideal für entspannte und ruhige Ferien. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvor- bzw. entgegenkommend. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder einen Aufenthalt dort verbringen. Es hat einfach nur Spass gemacht sich dort aufzuhalten.'

a most cosy and comfortable \'shed\'
5 stars 5

'This log cabin lodge was a very comfortable and cosy place to stay. It was light and airy, warm and very well-equipped; Vivienne (the owner) is extremely thoughtful as everything we could need was stocked and everything was in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom clean with an excellent wet-room shower. Birdlife in the garden provided entertainment and we found the place a relaxing retreat. Recommended.'

new friend
5 stars 5

'i stayed at Redhurst for 3 nights,26th-29th September 2014. At the end of my stay Vivienne and myself had become good friends. This was due to Viviennes warm personality and ability for making her quests feel so welcome in her home.Nothing was too much trouble. I stayed in the downstairs room, which was a large, light room with the benefit of not just an en-suite but also a kitchen. Each night i was able to select my menu choice for breakfast. This was always accompanied by ample hot toast, homemade marmalade or jam and lashings of tea. The house was clean and gardens well kept. I was reluctant to leave, however i will return next year!'

Left nothing to be desired
5 stars 5

'We fully agree with the positive ratings written by previous guests. We slept – sadly only for 1 night - in a modern apartment in this idyllic house with a beautiful and lovingly tended garden. The apartment left nothing to be desired: access to the garden, a fully-furnished kitchen, even with a microwave oven, a bathroom with hot water at all times and a cosy bedroom and lounge with an adequate supply of power sockets (not unimportant considering all the electrical devices that one carries on tour; by the way, if travelling from outside the UK we recommend taking a multi-socket power strip with an extension lead and adapter – in which case only one power socket is needed!). Even "Dove" cosmetics were provided! Everything perfectly clean and inviting. Breakfast was a typical English cooked breakfast with sausages, baked beans, bacon, egg, mushrooms (all as requested the previous evening by ticking the items on a form) and a generous supply of cereals, toast and numerous home-made jams and marmalades, which one could also purchase. Not to mention the interesting conversations with our hostess! We were super satisfied and would have been happy to have stayed longer!'

Excellent accomodation in a peaceful environment
5 stars 5

'We stayed in the little flat on the ground floor of Redhurst, which is a house set in a large and peaceful garden. Vivienne was very welcoming and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. Our room was airy and comfortable with plenty of room for the mattress we'd brought for our three year old. All of the facilities were smart and immaculately clean. Breakfast was outstanding - gorgeous Lincs sausage, beautiful bacon, homemade bread and a dazzling selection of Vivienne's preserves. We had one night but i could well imagine being comfortable there for longer.'
