Ardivot House - Description

Ardivot House is a beautiful country residence situated on a working farm between Elgin and Lossiemouth.
The house has large en-suite rooms , which are all equipped with freeview tv., coffe/tea facilities, hairdryers, ironing facilities , mini fridges and microwaves.

Breakfast produce is all locally sourced where possible and is served in the conservatory where guests can view spynie palace and the beautiful wildlife that surrounds ardivot. Our guest lounge is furnished to a very high standard where you can relax or play games in front of the coal fire or you might prefer to spend your evening having a picnic in the garden., making it the ideal location to start and finish your day.

Lossiemouth's main attractions are the harbour and yatching marina surrounded by bars and coffee shops. There are 2 beautiful golden sandy beaches both East and West of the town. There is also the golf course and many eateries and bars. Buses run approximately every 20 minutes between Elgin and Lossiemouth and stop at Ardivot.

Elgin hosts a number of tourist and leisure attractions, which include Elgin cathedral, johnstones cashmere centre , a lovely golf course and for the children and adults it has a leisure centre and indoor bowling alley.

Both towns are close by to the many distilleries on Speyside , Baxters of Fochabers and Walkers Shortbread.
