'It is always a pleasure to renew a contact with Fiona when wishing to stay in the Gatwick area. Rosemead is an excellently run Guesthouse. Consideration of people's requirements have obviously been well thought out. Rooms are well equiped, food is excellent cars are stored safely and nothing is too much trouble. 'I love the Rosemead. The location is perfect, it is friendly and good value. Breakfast is ample, not excessive and not the best but ample. Rooms are always clean with excellent facilities, most of what you should need for your stay. My only reservation is that it can seem a little too formal, too businesslike and not friendly enough, acceptable if busy but, when quiet as it generally is when I stay, a little more homliness would seem appropriate, it's not a top class hotel and doesn't need to act like one. A warm welcome and plenty of time is all that is required and a thought to those in 'holiday mode'. Customers shall be light hearted and relaxed, not overly efficient, this is not a failing, it's them relaxing. If that could be changed, it would turn this already very good establishment into an excellent one.'

'My single very wellfurnished and comfortable romm proved more that adequagte for my overnight stay, Flat screen TV,Good bed and pillow. Excellent refreshment making facility with "treasure chest" fullof different teas, coffe and chocolate and a container of biscuits. Bathroom very well provided with toiletries and good shower Everything spotlessly clean. Obviously, much thought has gone into providing the "little touches" that make a difference to one's stay pleasurable. As san early riser I had to help myself to breakfast in a deserted dining room. Once again, attenti9on to detail paid off. Several cereals in special dispensers, Fridge under servery bar containing yogurts ample milk and bottled waters. Fresh and dried fruit provided and 1 white 1 brown loaf so one could make toast . Homemade marmalade to add a finishing touch. I was picked up at south terminal by the owner and she arranged a taxi to take me to terminal 1 the following morning (inc in price) All in all I would think the owner has made sure that her guesthouse can rival anything in the area in terms of comfort and facilities'

'We stayed at Rosemead Guest House the night before we flew out of gatwick on holiday, we found the accommodation very convenient for the airport. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable with lovely crisp white sheets. Very good assortment of facilities in room, ie. tea, coffee, drinking chocolate,biscuits etc. Flat screen tv with remote, bathrooms immaculately clean with soap, shower caps, shampoo, conditioner all provided. As we were flying back late at the end of our holiday we decided while we were there to book rooms on the night of our return. Only negative comment is that our second breakfast was cold although our first was nice and hot. A very good selection of breakfast choices were provided. All in all good accommodation at a reasonable price.'

'My son Skyler (17) and I were picked up at Gatwick aiport by Fiona and driven to her lovely guest house. Our room was wonderful with everything supplied that more than met our needs. We didn't get to see Fiona in the morning since we left super early for the airport (she arranged for a taxi the night before).
