'Chose this hotel for the location and price, and I wasn't disappointed. I had to stay in Slough for a training course. Most of the others on the course were staying at the Holiday Inn or Travelodge, and all they had were complaints - dirty, noisy, no car park/expensive car park etc. I, on the other hand, was thoroughly pleased with my choice. Pleasant greeting on arrival (no problem with me turning up early for check in). The room was a very nice size, everything worked and it was clean. Nice selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and some biscuits, which is always nice. The TV worked but I used the FREE broadband supplied to watch TV online. The bed was hard, but I like a hard bed so slept very well. I wasn't woken by road noise or plane traffic (unlike others staying elsewhere). Heating worked very well and there were enough hangers in the wardrobe for my clothes. What else do you need? Overall a lovely stay and I will be staying again, when I return in a few months. I just loved my evening walks around the park opposite!'

'I enjoyed my stay at the Upton Park Hotel. The room was clean, the staff courteous, the parking free and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The only choice was "Indian" food though, which was fine for me but is contrary to what it says on the website.'
