'....and it wont be our last. The food was superb - as our waistlines testify! Our room had a view over the river and as it was a drizzly afternoon on Saturday we sat in our window watching the wildlife and reading the papers - bliss! Helen and Roger are charming as always and the young waiting staff - all with ready smiles. Racking my brains to think of anything negative but really struggling - oh yes it would be nice to have large bath towels - but I think I read they were available upon request but I always forgot! Standards never slip for a moment but the atmosphere is relaxed - see you all again soon we hope.'

'My husband and I had a wonderful romantic getaway at the Wilton Court Hotel. From the moment of our arrival we were made to feel welcome and fussed over. The staff were attentive and willing to please at all times and nothing was too much trouble. We dined in the restaurant both nights and the food was exquisite-high quality and locally sourced ingredients which certainly impressed us. The atmosphere in the cosy bar was spot on, complete with roaring fire and the ambience was perfect. The en suite garden room was tastefully decorated with an enormous bed. The electric shower was a little lacking in power and the sprung mattresses were less comfortable than we would have expected but this could simply be down to our own preferences. The cleanliness and condition of the room could not be faulted. Overall the Wilton Court Hotel feels like a cosy family run business. We enjoyed our break there and the restaurant stands out as being amongst the finest we have experienced.'

'Just to say we were at Wilton Court last week and had a fabulous time. The food and service provided was excellent, the rooms are delightful, we had morning papers and our bed turned back in the evening. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and couldnt do enough to make our stay a memorable one. We had a superb 3 days, the hotel is in a most beautiful position across from the riverside with its abundance of wildlife, it is very peaceful, there are a variety of walks available which the hotel will assist you with.
