Charming!

'Pelham Hall is a delightful place and reflects the owners attention to detail and thoughtfulness perfectly. Any so-called 5* design hotel can learn a thing or two from this charming place!'

Comfort and luxury

'Pelham Hall is a beautiful B&B in a great location. The charm starts with freshly baked cookies, still warm and delicious, continues with a very comfortable nights sleep and a cooked breakfast made from fresh local produce. Our hosts could not be more helpful and friendly, we would defiantly return.'

A rather lovely B&B

'I stayed here for a wedding in a nearby village. Booking late I wasn’t expecting anything other than a clean bed, and so I was delighted to find a recently refurbished establishment carried out with a keen attention to detail. Pelham Hall offers a certain level of luxury unexpected for such a reasonable price, mainly due to the owners who take pride in their service and environment. Little touches such as leaving freshly baked cookies in the room go far.'

'On our way back from Devon to Gatwick Airport, heading for Denmark, we needed a last overnight stay. On the internet we found the newly opened Pelhams Hall Bed and Breakfast. And that was a refreshing friendship. A warm welcome. A spacy, very well designed room including a mezzanin with a nice view over a tiny sweet garden and the East Sussex Downs. And the breakfast. Yummi. The best one during our stay in UK. We will be back very soon. Elisabeth and Hans.'

Excellent for a Solo Traveller

'I had a glorious stay at Pelham Hall; I was a bit hesitant about traveling through the countryside of England alone - for lack of entertainment - but the Proprietors at PH left me with a bevy of choices - gardens, hiking, antiquing. So charming, so comfortable - my room was spectacular - and the Breakfast was to die for! I almost stayed an extra day just to have another breakfast. I will definitely return with friends, family and many many loved ones!'
