'Very warm welcome from friendly and helpful hosts Sandra & David. Rooms clean, well kept and very comfortable. Woodstock is in a great location close to the town and seafront but also quiet and peaceful, very close to Morrab Gardens. The breakfasts are excellent. Woodstock represents great value for money - we will certainly be recommending it to friends and family looking to stay in Penzance. Its a real gem and we will be back (hopefully) next year.'
