One Night Stay in Family Room
5 stars 5

'The room was excellent and the largest I have stayed in with all the facilities we required with tea, coffee and biscuits, bottled water. Also free wifi, flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. A large side room with 2 single beds and an excellent en-suite bathroom with a seperate shower cubicle and bath all well finished fully tiled and including double sink and bidet and toiletries. We did not have time to sample the breakfast as we had to vacate early. Only downside was the shower temperature control that was difficult to adjust and set as very hot. Landlady was very nice on arrival and helpful.'

Excellent Accommodation
5 stars 5

'We were given a very friendly welcome and shown to our room. The room was very cosy and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfasts were freshly cooked to order and filling. The only suggestion we would make is that you could provide a second chair in the bedroom. We will not hesitate to recommend Roseneath to friends and will return one day if we are in the area.'

Lovely three day stay
5 stars 5

'Paul, his mum and the remainder of his staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with good quality towels and bed linen. Also a smart TV in the room which was surprise. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with fresh fruit, cereals & juice on the breakfast bar. Ample parking is available here. The property would have benefited from double glazing since there is a very busy road to the front, to be fair it did quieten down after 10 pm but did start to become noisy again after 6 am. There are two pubs within walking distance both having reasonably priced food. Would definitely stay again.'

'Alles aan dit verblijf was top. Immens grote luxekamer met daaraan grote badkamer. Alles afgewerkt met zin voor detail. Ook het onbijt was in dezelfde lijn. Top. Ontvangst was heel vriendelijk.'
