'We were made to feel most welcome. The room had all the facilities and was very clean. When my daughter & family arrived they were made just as welcome & their rooms were the same as ours. Breakfast had a good selection & was presented & cooked very well. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ammonite to family & friends and would stay there again if we were that way again.'

'I can recommend this very comfortable and welcoming guest house. Booking and communication was easy and efficient. The room I was given was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast the best I've had in a long while. I was even provided with fresh milk for my tea tray (so much nicer than UHT!)'

'An excellent couple of nights stay during a house-hunting visit. We were made to feel "at home" from the first minute. Good, clean, comfortable facilities and wonderful garden, which made up for the absolutely foul weather. Breakfast was yummy, especially the 'local bacon & sausage!' All in all a very pleasant experience and we would recommend Ammonite Lodge to anyone. Thank you Caroline and Jeremy.'

'From the initial warm greeting through to the end of our stay we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ammonite Lodge. The room was extremely clean and well presented with everything we needed. Breakfast had a wide variety of cereals, jams, fruit, etc and the English breakfast was cooked to absolute perfection. Both our hosts provided a wealth of useful information on places to eat in the evenings as well as valuable advice on where to go during the day. Definitely recommended for anyone who wishes to stay somewhere central to many attractions and travel out each day.'

'We have slept very good, and we had the best breakfast we have ever eaten. We felt as home and we consider Carol and Jeremy like friends because they were so nice with us, and they made us happy. We are now in Spain but we won't forget the time we spent there. Many thanks to Carol and Jeremy.'
