Ideally situated in a quiet location in the city centre, the White House offers comfortable accommodation and a very warm welcome. Two minutes' walk take you to a charming mix of shops, restaurants, pretty parks and rivers, while another minute or two brings you to the Cathedral and other major attractions. Kent has 19,417 historic properties of which the White House is one. A listed building, it is reputed to have been the retirement home of Queen Victoria's head coachman.
