'Stayed here as my son is short of room at his home in Exmouth. What a great choice it was. Lovely comfortable room, small but ideal for one person. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities, digital tv, great shower room en suite. Power went off in the morning. Owner came up to room to apologise and asked if I would like to use another room to dry my hair. Breakfasts were good. Could have done with natural yogurt but that's just me being fussy. I will definately be using The Barn in the future when I go down to see my son.'

'On arrival I was made to feel very welcome. My room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel very quiet and perfectly situated for the sea front with ample parking. The following morning I had a very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only down side was the shower in my room which took forever to get hot and had very little water pressure. Would certainly recommend The Barn.'

'A WARM WELCOME ON OUR ARRIVAL. LARGE, COMFORTABLE BEDROOM, UNFORTUNATELY DISTURBED IN THE NIGHT BY A BUSH BLOWING AGAINST THE WINDOW IN THE HIGH WINDS! BUT THAT COULD EASILY BE RECTIFIED AND WOULDN'T HAVE APPLIED TO THE OTHER BEDROOMS! 'We stayed at the Barn as we were in Exmouth for a funeral. we lookedfor a reasonable B&B andteh Barn fitted the bill. It is undergoing soem renovation but our room was celan wit ha nexcelent bed and beautifil sea view. Breakfast is good and the staff helpful in providing vegetarian food, once they got organised. Would stay again as it was quiet and straight forward to find with good parking.'

'Steve and I loved our stay at your charming hotel, the peace and quiet and beautiful views from our room and the patio at the back were so special to us as we both work full time and are so busy. Your pretty dining room was a pleasure to go into each morning and the delicious breakfast set us up for the day.
