'Stayed at Kelly's on Thursday & Friday night's last week, absolutely loved it. Good location, the bedroom was a delight, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable bed :) Found both hosts to be charming and extremely helpful, breakfast was delicious and the view of the garden from the conservatory where we ate was a picture. Liz helped us out with guidance to which bus to catch to get to the centre of Edinburgh and even came out after us with change for us in case we didn't have exactly the right amount (which you need for the bus). Cannot recommend highly enough and at a reasonable price too. Thanks again for wonderful hospitality. Ewa & Andy'

Kelly's Guest House - Description

Liz and I (Tony ) are proud of our guest house, where there is always a warm and friendly welcome. We are ideally located in West Edinburgh on the Queensferry Road ( A90 ) with easy access to the airport and city centre ( 1 mile ), There is an excellent bus service from our front door to the centre of Edinburgh. Guests are welcome to leave their cars in our car park. Our enclosed garden can be enjoyed by our guests. The south facing conservatory leads from both the lounge and the dining room. It makes an ideal setting for either breakfast or relaxing after a days sight seeing. All bedrooms are en-suite, except one which has private facilities. All rooms have free view TV, tea & coffee making facilities, free access to Wi-Fi. We offer a full range of breakfast choices catering for all tastes.
