'We stayed here for 1 night at the end of a 2 week walk along the South West Coast Path from Padstow. We were wet and bedraggled but still got a very warm welcome. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable and the en suite even had a bath. Breakfast the next day was excellent and it took just a few minutes to get to the station for our journey home. We will stay again when we start the next section of the walk.'

'We stayed for one night at Braemar, and Lynda & Brian made us feel very welcome. Our room was at the top of the house and was well appointed with all the expected facilities. Parking was accessed via a lane to the back of the house, with room for 5 or more cars. Braemar is well situated for Falmouth, being only 5 minutes walk into the centre. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order. The only adverse comment is that the breakfast room was a little crowded - perhaps the removal of the 'bar' would help in this regard? All in all though, a very pleasant overnight experience. PS Thanks to Linda for the Chicken & Sweetcorn soup recipe (the smell of which made us salivate!!)'

'Very comfortable. But there were only 3 milk sachettes left in the room so we could only have one cuppa each, also there was nothing to stir with. Having had a soaking at sea I would have appreciated a shower gel and shampoo. But that was a minor problem. Overall the stay was enjoyable.'
