'My wife, adult daughter and myself stayed at the Beeches Hotel to attend a family wedding on 21 April 2012. I asked a few days earlier if we could possibly arrive at the hotel a few hours before the official checking-in time to enable us to get changed for the wedding after a 2.5 hour drive. The hotel obliged (at no additional cost) and allowed us into our actual rooms (x2) at 11.45 am which helped us enormously and enabled us to attend the wedding feeling and looking fresh and smart and relaxed. The dapper hotel staff were extremely friendly, attentive, efficient and willing to help. For example, my daughter had a problem with the occupants in the room next to hers having their television too loud at 1.00 am, but, once reported, this problem was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the night staff. Apart from that we heard no road noise or late night revellers. Next day, we were served a fantastic fresh, healthy (grilled) plentiful breakfast in the hotel’s lovely airy conservatory. The whole hotel is fitted throughout with clean, modern, contemporary furniture and fittings. The hotel accommodation was exceptionally good value for money with large rooms having plenty of storage space, coat hangers and tea/coffee-making facilities. We had a large double room and my daughter on a single tariff had a smaller double-bed room which was still a very good size. Both rooms had very large, well equipped, modern, sparkling clean bathrooms. We would thoroughly recommend this well-run friendly hotel to anyone looking for high quality affordable accommodation in easy reach of Grimsby.'
