'The area where The Royal Standard is placed is as wonderful as the kindness of of the persons who host you there! Always kind, friendly and available, they will make you feel at home even though you are so far away from home! The breakfast is abundant, with a wide choice of fresh good things, the rooms comfortable and clean with all you may need in there! It is very close to Heathrow, with a local taxi service always available and the railway station is not far from it, though you will probably prefer walking in that amazing nature. I really hope to be there soon again!'

We had a warm welcome - the room was cosy and very well maintained. The breakfast the following morning was excellent. No complaints at all and for value for money it was fantastic.'
