'We have just returned from a lovely weekend in Bath. We knew the hotel was in the right location for us and we knew that it was of a high standard. What impressed us especially was firstly that when we failed to notice a special offer on the website after we had booked, and called them to ask if we could change, we were offered the better rate immediately. Secondly, when we arrived rather late ad a bit tired we were treated as if we were the most important people to arrive that day and we were allocated a better room because it was free. Thirdly, throughout our stay every member of staff we met smiled, said hello and helped us with anything we asked. We left thinking we had made the right choice and will stay there again when we visit Bath in a few weeks time'
