'Collated Comments from group - stayed midweek in the Stables for B&B: Positive: - Rooms are really nice. - Food was spot on. - Good value for money - Friendly, attentive owners - good breakfast - excellent location for the towers. - Local Pub and Curry house are also both good. Possible Improvements: - Rooms were a tad warm - missing brush in a toilet shared by six. It should be noted that this was our second year running staying at the Manor Guest House for our Annual Towers trip, and it will be top of the list for next year too.'

'We both enjoyed our stay at The Manor, Cheadle. On arrival a young man Rob introduced himself and made us fell very welcome and as if nothing was too much trouble. We needed to move the car to the rear of the hotel and he could not have been more helpful explaining the one way system through the town. Throughout our stay he took an active but unintrusive interest in our wellbeing. Our room was spacious, well decorated and equipped. All the meals we enjoyed and received help with our menu choices when we asked. Every member of staff was informed and what they couldn't answer they enquired about and came back with a reply. It was obvious from the first minute that the establishment was not part of a large group but was run by professionals who cared about their business and their guests. Aspects of it were not 5 star as in grand hotel terms but we had a 5 star experience and would and will recommend this guest house to others.'

'Great two night stop to visit Alton Towers,Stayed in the Stables.Food was great I had steak and the wife had Vegetarian option. Kids loved the Fish Fingers although I'm not sure if ASDA will sell them. Will be back in the Summer for a BBQ.Gardens and Fish pond are really good and there is ample Parking.'
