'This is an excellent place to stay, friendly, clean, peaceful and comfortable. I was able to park on street nearby and it is a short walk from the sea front. 'Well located in the quieter part of town, near to the beach, grass areas and local shops. But still only about 10 minutes walk from the main centre and entertainment. A friendly welcome, nice breakfast and everything kept clean and tidy. The single room was in the roof area, but was a nice en-suite room of reasonable size. There was also a nice lounge and a small seated area at the front by the cherry tree. Parking was on-street, but once the car was parked one did not have to worry about it. I stayed 6 nights, and found the friendly atmosphere added to the pleasure of my holiday.'

'The room, and importantly the bathroom was nice and clean and airy. There was hot water, good shower pressure and the shower tray drained properly. I was pleased to have the internet access to check emails, etc. Food was good and sufficient. It was nice to have a little bit of everything, rather than only an enormous cooked breakfast. It would have been nice to have the hot chocolate topped up in the room, but there was plenty of milk for coffee. The water and biscuits are a nice personal touch. It was also really nice to be able to book a proper single room and not pay a single supplement (which is usual in most places where there are only doubles available) as my budget is really tight at the moment.'
