'Happy Lodge is easily accessible and convenient for Oxford etc. Buses pass frequently very near to the property.The house is tasteful. The bedroom was large and had the advantage of an armchair. The ensuite was cramped and personally I did not like the glass doors- there was no feeling of privacy. Only 1 towel was provided ( no hair towel). Breakfast was adequate but limited with little choice. There was no breakfast period- we weren't sure when to go down. No extra tourist information was supplied.'
