'Staff were really friendly when I arrived and check in was easy. It's nice to see a family run business. Room was small but sufficient. Breakfast was right and proper with beans, toast, bangers, bacon, and eggs. Price was more than reasonable. If I ever come to Swansea again I know of a great place to stay.'

'The house was nicely located across from the bay and the walking path. My single room had a comfortable bed, tea station, and television. The toilet and shower were fine, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. My only small complaint would be the bit of noise I could hear from inside my room and the darkness of the house in the evening. Otherwise, it's a fine place to stay that I would surely return to.'

'Was attending a works leaving party with work. Needed a bed for the night. I paid 31.50 for a en-suite single bedroom. Was perfect for me. Just needed a place to crash. 'When making a review I think it is important to remember how much you actually paid to stay. For £30 you cant expect the Ritz. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good and the centre of Swansea was only 15 mins walk away - the beach was just facing. Excellent value.'
