Unfussy Accommodation
4 stars 4

'Had a bit of trouble finding Cross haven in the dark and without ahouse number. Quiet lodging with off-road car park - not secure lock up but out of the way. Good facilities in room - en suite, kettle, TV, Alarm Radio. Good breakfast ordered on menu card the night before - couldn't fault it.'

Just lovely
5 stars 5

'We stayed for a single night at Cross Haven and were delighted with everything - the room (quiet and peaceful, even though our room faced the road outside), the welcome, (fresh milk for the tea tray!), the food (lovely breakfast set us up for the day - thank you). It's extremely good value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone.'

Two Aussie sisters.

'My sister and I stayed overnight at Cross Haven Guest House before leaving on an early ferry to Ireland. We were welcomed warmly and our room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety. Parking for our car was also a big plus, and it was a two minute drive to the ferry.'

Delightful haven!
5 stars 5

'After a long drive it was fantastic to arrive to probably one of the best B/B's that I've ever been to. The ambience and peace of the house together with the comfort of the rooms made for a restful night. The substantial and tasty breakfast set us up for our onward ferry journey to Ireland. My two companions were extremely complimentary to me for my great choice and we would certainly highly recommend "Cross Haven" to anyone wishing to stay in the area while coming from or going to the ferryport of Stranraer which is literally only 3 mins drive away. I will certainly be back!'
