'Stayed here at the end of our Hadrians Wall walk, great place to stay just 10 mins on foot from the end of the National Trail and saves the hassle of sorting out public transport. Stan even let us leave our cars in his car park for the week - we dropped the cars at the start of the week and caught the train to Carlisle. Rooms were clean and tidy and a great breakfast to finish things off.'
