'We are actually 2 adults with 13 year old son and we had a twin room so our son very pleased to have a double bed to himself. We were visiting family in Tamworth and Cannock so excellent location. Water wonderfully hot. Room rather too hot but we were able to cool it down our selves. Breakfast excellent especially as Pauline made the effort to get vegetarian food in for us. Would stay again.'

'Once again we were not disappointed with our stay at The Peel Aldergate. This is our third stay and we received, as previously, a very warm welcome on our arrival. The rooms are decorated to an extremely high standard and are always spotlessly clean. Nothing is too much trouble and we will definately stay again. The breakfast is a delight. 'The serivce from the staff was just the best I have ever had. I booked a room as a treat for my fiances birthday, was delayed and didn't manage to buy the half bottle of champagne I planned as a welcome treat. When I asked the staff They didnt't have one at the hotel bar, but one of them zipped out to but it. Priceless! The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom great with a fine shower. Even with out all thse pluses I'd recommend a stay at the Peel for the food. The restaurant food is superb. Inventive and orginal, very well cooked, and very reasonable in price. All in all, a superb stay. Thank you all!'
