'I recently stayed at this lovely guest house with my partner after helping some friends move from Poole to Cleethorpes. We were given a warm welcome by Josie on arrival to collect keys to our room. After spending a very comfortable night in the largest double room we were treated to a delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this guest house. Very welcoming and very reasonable rates.'

Josie offers a warm welcome at the Ludensian Guest House. All the tastefully decorated rooms have 54 channel satellite TV, and complimentary tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and iron available on request. The Ludensian has a full fire certificate, and is very close to the beach and all local amenities. Rooms available: 3 single, 3 double / twin / family rooms. Terms: weekly terms available and longer stays welcome.
