'We were greeted with a warm and very friendly welcome. Room was lovely, breakfast was all freshly cooked to order, even a log fire was burning in the Lounge on the Saturday evening after our wet walk from the Ty Gwyn. 'After a 4 hour drive on a wet and windy night my wife and I received a warm welcome at the Afon View. Our room (with four poster bed!) was clean and cosy; the vegetarian option for breakfast was great; and we received excellent advice on where to eat in Betws. Overall a great stay: one for the future.'
