'We stay in B&Bs about 5-6 times a year, and always receive a warm welcome and have a pleasant stay. But Longmead exceeded this standard with an exceptionally friendly welcome, a very comfortable room, quiet location and fantastic food. Many B&Bs boast a "great full English breakfast" but Alan's was the best by far! I cant recommend Longmead enough.'

'We would highly recommed Longmead House, we had a wonderful stay at Longmead, and Caroline and Alan were very friendly, and offered a very good service, we were made to feel welcomed right from the start of our holiday and uptil the day we left to come home. The breakfast were excellent, and there was a good selection to choose from. We also had one of there evening meals, and it was one of the best roast dinners I have had in a long time well done Alan. 'We arent used to B&B type accommodation but this appeared to be the best option in this area. Longmead house was well located and we had a very warm and friendly welcome. Our room was clean, well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and deserves 5 stars, great place to stay.'
