Great & friendly place to stay!
5 stars 5

'My husband and I (along with our little dog) spent 2 wonderful days here - all 3 of us received a very friendly welcome. The dinners and breakfasts were excellent. Normally we would have looked around for an "outside" dining place - but the quality of the food and service at Molland House won us over! Our room was spacious and very clean (the whole place was clean!) - we will certainly stay here again and we heartily recommend it.'

The place to stay in East Kent
5 stars 5

'We used Molland house as a base to visit Deal and Sandwich on the August bank holiday weekend. From yhe moment we arrived Tracy and Steve ( the owners ) made us most welcome. The house is a delightfull period property which has been sympathetically restored by Steve. Our room was spacious with an ensuite bathroom which had large shower and seperate bath. There was some nice touches which you would normally only expect to see in the larger 4 or 5 star hotels i.e a bowl of fresh fruit, chocolate, minature complimentary spirits. This was in addition to the tea, coffee and biscuits also there were some nice complimentary toiletries and face flannels. We had dinner in the evening which Tracy prepared, starters, mains and puddings which were all excellent. If you want to explore this part of Kent from Ramsgate to Sandwich, Deal, Dover, Canterbury Whitstable etc.,then you should make Molland House your base, as you wont find a better place to stay in East Kent.'

Lovely Birthday Treat
5 stars 5

'My wife and I decided to have a 2 day outing to the southern Kent coast as it was her birthday. This is just the sort of place we like to stay at as we found it comfortable, restful and just a bit quirky. It's a lovely old house that has been refurbished sympathetically with a high standard of room furnishings and bathrooms. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed our cream tea on arrival. Rather than drive off somewhere for an evening meal, we decided to sample the home cuisine with a bottle of locally produced red wine which we chose from their wine list. We were certainly not disappointed in our decision and my wife (and I) thought her birthday meal was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for Tracy and Steve who were lovely hosts. We hope to visit again in the future and would not hesitate in recommending Molland House if you like to stay somewhere a bit out of the ordinary.'

May Bank Holiday

'We stayed in Molland House one night (26th May) and arrived quite late to a very friendly welcome. It is a very family friendly place to stay and is in a convenient location for exploring this area of Kent. Our 3-year old described Molland House as as 'wow! this is a beautiful place'. Great breakfast and a relaxing terrace to enjoy a coffee afterward whilst the little one played in the garden. We would not hesitate in recommending Molland House as it excels in every way. it sets a benchmark that other B&Bs should aspire to.'

Lovely week end
5 stars 5

'We spent such a good Easter week end in your lovely house. Our children had a good time in your garden with your children and all the games. The breakfasts were gorgeous. The room was big enough for 5 persons and very nice. Thank you for the attentions in the room : fruits, sweets, alcohol... Thank you very much and maybe see you next year. Delphine, Jean-Marc, Tom, Léo, Jean'

superb shortbreak
5 stars 5

'Molland House is a wonderful location to explore Kent. Both Tracy and Steve are brilliant hosts who make you feel at home the minute you arrive. The food is great. A fruit bowl and other goodies in rooms as well as being greeted with a cream tea all add to this being a superb place to spend your holiday. We thoroughly recommend it to both old and young alike.'
