'I have had a great experience at Enrico Hotel.I have been twice in this hotel and the deal of all the employees are well.Michelle who is the waiter is incredibily funny and loving.He remembered me two years later than the first time I was there. I found only one problem.Enrico Hotel has WIFI but only in the breakfast room so It's a pity not to have this kind of facilities in the hotel.But in some cases It's the perfect way to disconnect from society. Enrico Hotel will be my option for the next holidays in London. 'The hotel is very good located, close to the Victoria station. The rooms are very very basic but clean. We did not have a bathroom in our room but the public shower and toilet were always very clean. Towels were changed every day. They offer two types of breakfast: English and continental, which was good. There was only one little problem, in our we did not have Wifi we had to go downstairs to use the internet and the public space was not open after 22:00... A perfect hotel for people who want to discover London and are not looking for luxery.'

'We are very satisfied with staying in your hotel. Room was very clean, location is great, staff was helpful and lovely (especially Michelle) and breakfast is good. We only had problem with washbasin - it's too small so is not easy to use it but not big deal. And price for our stay was higher than usual. 'Stayed for a week again at the Enrico and found the same cheerful welcome. It is a barebones B&B which is good value and an excellent location. I wouldn't bother spending the extra money for a room with a shower and toilet unless you are a tiny flexible person. Better to spend it around the corner at the Kazan Cafe. Cheers, Ron Robinson'

'Th Ennrico is basic but clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, and for the money was really very good. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. The Enrico could do with a lick of paint and a bit of smartening up, but for a low cost trip to London which is what we wanted, it served the purpose exactly. Would definately use this hotel again. The location is good, 5 mins walk fron tube.'

'Dear Enrico hotel, thank you very much for the lovelly stay at your hotel! We are absolutely delighted from the hotel, especially from the wonderful girl, that served the breakfast and made for us a heart on the bed from the towel and the receptionist, who was very helpful all the time. The beds are comfortable,the hotel is clean and in such a safe locale close to grocery stores, restaurants, metro stations and buses. The staff was always very friendly and helpful in answering all our questions and never in bad mood. I definitelly would recommend this hotel to everyone and would always stay there if I'm in London!
