'I have spent a fabulous weekend together with my parents at "Aberconwy House". We were supposed to check-in on Friday August 5 before 9 pm. Unfortunately we were delayed by heavy traffic on motorways so we reached our destination about half past twelve at night. Knowing that we would be late I had called Stuart & Emma beforehand to let them know that we might be late.I was really positivly suprised by their attitude to the whole situation and the solution they presented to us. Emma & Stuart had left the key for us at a certain spot and asked us not to make any noise so as not to disturb their guests. We were really satisfied with that and felt a bit sorry that we had caused a bit of trouble. But as the saying says "All's well what ends well" we complied with the rules. The very next morning they treated us with very delicious English breakfast, we had signed in the night before,and we had a very nice chat with Emma and her daughter Kathy who served us at during the meal.We were really overwhelmed by the conditions we saw in the room nr. 7. Everything was perfectly spic and span. Emma & Stuart's hospitality was really great and their advice what to see in the area and how to get there were very helpful. Emma & Stuart thank you once again.'

'Aberconwy House is a lovely place to stay in beautiful Betws-y-coed. The hotel is in a great location with easy parking that is a very short walk into town along a nice path and over a suspension bridge. Very romantic for the adults, and very fun for the kids. 'This is the second time we've stayed at the Aberconway House and we'd definitely go back. Rooms are comfy and spacious and have great veiws of the mountains. Breakfast was great plenty of choice from the breakfast bar with cereals,fruit and juice and the cooked breakfast was really nice and they used local produce and endless supplies of tea, coffee and toast.
