'House was very well presented throughout and our romm was excellent; spacious, clean, good quality furniture and bedding. En-suite was equally presented. Pete & Viv were the perfect hosts, very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Breakfast was fantastic! They're definitely in the right business as they came across as genuine and proud of their house. Will definitely return as they gave us plenty of things to go and see, all of which we didn't have time to experience.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Villa Marina. Viv was a perfect host and made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Although quite small (the Singer room) it had adequate furnishings and was comfortable for the amount of time we spent in it. The room is on the ground floor which does mean that anyone in the gardens could see into the room if they looked; It is also next to the breakfast room so if you're hoping for a quiet lie-in then you need to wear ear-plugs :o) Breakfast was a little early for us being from 8 - 9 (only because we went out to celebrate my partner's birthday and had a very late night)so we missed it on our last day. Pete was wonderful though and offered to make us a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich before our journey which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is clean, comfortable and a nice distance from the harbour if you like a leisurely stroll. Viv and Pete are extremely friendly and welcoming and make your stay very relaxed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a short, relaxing stay in clean and comfortable surroundings. Thank you Viv and Pete.'
