'We spent a couple of nights at The Haydee and had a fantastic time. The proprietors gave us a warm welcome and we felt like part of their family while we were there. Our room was clean and tidy and well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight for our stay, really tasty and well cooked. The cooked breakfast was accompanied by cereal, fruit juice, toast and in our case coffee. Both the toast and coffee are readily topped too. We really didn't want to leave, but we are really looking forward to a return visit later this year. All in all we firmly believe we could not have done better in choosing The Haydee. The guest house and staff made a huge impression on us in such a short time, and we feel like they are more interested in having people visiting them than running the house for financial reward alone. So we heartily recommend staying at The Haydee, and want to thank them for a wonderful weekend.'

'1st class was made very welcome. Had a lovely quiet room at the back,was so comfortable plenty of tea and coffee provided for us. Breakfast was good and nothing to much trouble all served with a smile. Joe and Nora were two lovely people, will go back again and recommend'
