'The Georgian House is stunning. Wonderful atmosphere, tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were amazing,a mountain of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts plus a choice of cooked foods. Alex our host was delightful. Nothing was any bother and his knowledge of restaurants nearby (which there are plenty) was extremely helpful. We stayed in the Coronet room. The only negative I have about the whole stay was that we found the mattress rather firm, but that is just personal preference. There was a small fridge hidden in a cupboard which housed the fresh milk (much better than the little cartons). A small tv, and all the other conveniences you can think of plus others you had forgotten to ask about. Thoroughy enjoyed our stay and would fully recommend it to others.'

'Cannot envisage a more pleasing experience. The hotel is central, a walk across a small park; the management helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The attention to detail exemplary. The room stylish, comfortable, quiet and conatins everything one needs. We were lucky to come across this. We will not rely on luck for the future but will book well in advance next, as we come to Cheltenham about once a month. Perhaps we should not tell others?'

'The Georgian House is located opposite Montpellier Gardens within easy reach of bars and restaurants. The centre of Cheltenham is a brief walk away. When you arrive one immediately recognise the Georgian House by the flowers outside. The welcome from the proprietor is warm the décor of the bedroom is as shown on the website. Everything we needed was in the room even fresh milk in the fridge. At breakfast the fresh fruit was fresh and the English breakfast was tasty and the poached egg perfect. What more can I say.'
