'The only thing I would have liked to have known beforehand was a telephone contact number for the hotel as I could not predict when I would arrive and the availability of a meal service. This was not provided on the email service. Apart from this minor criticism I thought the hotel was extremely good value for money. The room was clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good.
