'Friendly staff; Good Decor; Reasonable breakfast - although needed to have the coffee more readily available (possibly leave jug on side with juices?) Not impressed with the superior room as the big bed was in fact 2 singles pushed together! No hand towel by sink in bathroom - just 2 towels supplied each. Shower not very powerful again with a superior room would have expected a little better. Would stay there again as very handy for town and got a car park(although not the easiest to find - its down a private road behind the hotel).'

Privately run with a blend of personality and professionalism. Grade II listed Victorian terrace thats easy to find. Easy stroll to the centre of Gloucester. Two star hotel with 25 smartly decorated ensuite rooms and private car park with 20 spaces. `Chesterfield' lounge with log fire & Bar. Our bar is often used for a quiet drink and chat before going out for the evening or for a relaxing nightcap. The Lounge retains some original features, such as a fireplace and Victorian parquet flooring . A leather chesterfield and King chairs provide comfort and on those chilly winter nights the log burner is real treat. Non smoking/smoking rooms & Ground floor rooms.
